Parishioners in the Archdiocese are getting messages supposedly sent by their pastors, asking for money, gift cards, etc. These scammers are using info gleaned from our websites or parish bulletins to get valid e-mail addresses. We really cannot do anything about them, except let you know that our priests have not, are not, and will not ask you for money for their personal use or to give as gifts to family members. Do not respond to these scammers.

Karen and I would like to thank the entire St. Francis community for your prayers and sympathy. The passing of my mother was not unexpected, but one is still not prepared when a loved one does pass. Also, many thanks to St. Rose Society and Team 3 for the reception after the Rosary Service on June 9th. The love, joy, food and fellowship were wonderful! Know you all are in our prayers. Peace and Blessings, Deacon Marty and Karen Robertson

Several years ago, The Gillespie County Ministerial Alliance determined there was a need for a domestic violence shelter in our County. The City of Fredericksburg and Gillespie County Visioning Committee also identified establishing a shelter as one of their priorities. The Grace Center was chartered by the State of Texas on September 11, 2018. When completed, The Grace Center will provide a safe place where those who have been impacted by domestic violence can seek shelter from their abuser. Please join us on Wednesday, June 15th and learn more about The Grace Center and Schatze Haus and how we can help. All women and men of St. Francis Xavier Church and the Stonewall Community are invited.
St Thomas Society will hold a Pancake / Sausage Breakfast with Orange Juice & Coffee in the Hall after the 9:00 am & 11:00 am masses. All are WELCOME. By Donation Only. All proceeds will be sent to the Hinkley Family Mission in Honduras.
