The Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed (All Souls’ Day) mass be held at the St. Mary’s Cemetery at noon. (The usual daily mass will also be held at St. Francis Xavier.)
The Sacrament of Reconciliation will be available on this 1st Wednesday from 11:30 AM to 12:00 Noon. Anointing of the Sick will be available at the end of Mass on each First Wednesday.
The November lunch menu will be our delicious Thanksgiving meal. Turkey, Dressing, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Green Beans, Corn, Cranberry Sauce, Rolls, Dessert and Tea will be served. Everyone is invited; the meal will be served after the Noon Mass and will be by donation. Due to the Rabke Table Foods deadline for the turkey and dressing, PLEASE SIGN UP ON THE "RSVP" SHEET IN THE ENTRANCE OF CHURCH OR CALL THE CHURCH OFFICE BY THURSDAY, OCTOBER 28th (this week) to place your reservation. We look forward to an afternoon of good food and fellowship.
The St. Rose Society will host their annual bake sale fundraiser on Friday, November 5th in front of Weinheimer and Son store, from 8:00 am until sold out. Funds raised will help support our many church and community projects in the coming year. Your donations and purchases of bake sale items or “Bake By Check” donations are greatly appreciated. Please drop off baked goods at Weinheimer’s store on Friday morning. All bake sale items must be individually wrapped. Thanks for all you do!

5:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Stonewall Elementary School invites you to join their Drive-Thru Trunk or Treat event, a safe and unique way to trick or treat by going “trunk to trunk” in a family and community friendly atmosphere. Contests will be held for Best Drive-Thru Decorated Vehicle and Best Decorated Trunk. St. Francis will have a “trunk” sponsored by St. Thomas Society & St. Rose Society. Route begins from Keystone St. beside Weinheimer & Sons onto Peach St.

Fr. John & Fr. Cajetan will be attending the required clergy meeting in San Antonio on Tuesday. Therefore, the 9:00 AM mass is cancelled. A mass will be held for Gregory McCrea, son of Art & Doris McCrea at 10:00 AM.
St. Francis Xavier has one weekend in October and two weekends in November available on the altar flower calendar in the foyer of the church. If you appreciate the beautiful flower offerings at the altar and would like to donate in honor of a person or occasion, please add your name and phone number to a Sunday on the altar calendar.

St. Rose Society and St. Thomas Society meetings will be held at 10:00AM in St. Thomas Hall. All ladies and men are invited to their respective meetings. Since October is the month of the Rosary, we will have a rosary made out of breakfast muffins for the CCD Kids and the parishioners who want to come over for coffee and a muffin.
