The Stonewall Heritage Society is holding an old-fashioned bed-turning of quilts documented by the Stonewall Heritage Society during a Spring Tour program in April 2010.What is a Bed-Turning?Years ago, women visited each other's home and placed their quilts on a bed and showed them one by one to exclamations of delight. Quilts from local families such as the Weinheimers, Eckerts, Frantzens, Ottmers, Vogels, Kleins, and others will be shown and discussed during this program.
In addition to having these quilts on display, refreshments will be provided. We look forward to seeing you.
